What no plan includes
- Syncing the calendar with other rental portals: it isn't done today.
- More than one space per subscription: a complex of several cabins doesn't fit.
- Time-slot bookings: the product is by the day.
- Online deposit payments: deposits are paid by bank transfer, with the receipt in the dashboard.
- Photos, videos and sales copywriting: we use your material.
- Translating your content into English: the interface is bilingual, your texts are not.
- Redesigning or adding sections to the page once delivered: quoted separately, like any page.
- Answering the conversations the bot hands over: you answer them.
Third-party costs, on top of the fee
- .com.ar domain (Sitio and Completo): in your name, paid directly to NIC Argentina.
- WhatsApp (Completo): Meta includes 1,000 free service messages per month; the rest are paid with your card in your WhatsApp Business account.
- The chatbot's artificial intelligence usage is included in the fee, with a reasonable cap.
The fee is adjusted every quarter by INDEC's CPI, and we notify you 15 days ahead. The setup costs what this page shows on the day you accept.
Versus paying commission
We take a weekend event of $175.000 – $200.000 and a 15.5% commission, which is what the best-known rental platforms charge.

This is an order-of-magnitude comparison: the real commission depends on each platform and on what you charge. With tenesfecha you pay no commission per booking, only the fee.
Frequently asked questions
Do the accounts stay in my name?
Yes. The domain, your WhatsApp number, your Instagram account and your Business Profile are yours. We set them up and manage them with your authorization.
What if I want to leave?
You take your data with you: bookings, payments, blocked dates and messages, in files that open in a spreadsheet. Leaving takes 30 days' notice and there's no minimum term.
Does it work with Instagram?
The Instagram chatbot depends on Meta approving our application. Until then, the Completo plan works with WhatsApp, the web and Telegram, and Instagram is added once Meta approves it.
Do I have to change my WhatsApp number?
No. If you already use the WhatsApp Business app, you can keep using it on your phone and the bot goes quiet when you reply. A number connected straight to the API can no longer be used in the app: we explain this before doing it.
Does it work for more than one space?
Each subscription is one calendar. A complex of several cabins or a hall with several rooms doesn't fit today.
Does it sync with other rental portals?
No. If you also list elsewhere, dates are entered by hand in both places, which is why we say so before you sign up.
How long does it take to be ready?
We tell you when we start: it depends on the plan and how much material you have ready (prices, logo, photos). The Completo plan also depends on Meta's approvals.
