01What we collect

Only what you give us, when you choose to give it:

  • Contact form: name, email address, service of interest and the message you write.
  • Conversational assistant: the content of the conversation. If you leave your details at the end, we also keep your name, contact method (email or WhatsApp), service of interest and a summary of what you need.
  • Technical request data, including your IP address, used solely to rate-limit abuse of the forms.

02What we use it for

To answer your enquiry, understand what you need and put together a quote. Nothing else.

We do no profiling, we do not build advertising audiences from your data, and we do not use it to send you communications you did not ask for.

03Who we share it with

We do not sell or transfer your data. We do use providers that process it on our behalf so the site can work:

  • Resend — delivers the emails carrying your enquiry.
  • Anthropic — processes the assistant's conversation so it can reply to you.
  • Telegram — notifies us the moment an enquiry comes in.
  • Upstash — keeps the per-IP request counter that rate-limits form abuse.
  • Hostinger — site hosting and server logs.

Some of these providers run servers outside Argentina, so your data may be processed abroad.

04How long we keep it

Messages and enquiries stay in our mailbox for as long as the commercial conversation remains relevant, and are deleted once it no longer is.

Technical counters tied to your IP address expire on their own within minutes: they exist to stop abuse, not to identify you.

05Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, rectify, update or delete your data. Write to hola@digitalensamble.com and we will respond within the timeframes set by law.

Under section 14(3) of Argentina's Law 25.326, data subjects may exercise their right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated.

The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory authority for Law 25.326, is empowered to handle complaints from anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with personal data protection rules.

06Minors

This site and its services are intended for people over 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

07Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data — for instance, if we add measurement tools in the future — we update this page and the date in the header.
